These terms govern your use of voyagerit.com and pages we operate on that domain (the “Site”). They are the rules for browsing and using the website. They are not our client contract.

If we do work for you, that work is under an Accepted Quote and our Master Services Agreement, posted in our Client Agreement documents. Using this Site does not make you a client and does not bind you to the Master Services Agreement.

By using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The Site is information, not a proposal

Content on the Site (service descriptions, blog posts, examples, pricing ranges if we ever post them) is general information. It is not a quote, not a warranty, and not professional advice for your particular environment. Security and technology articles are educational. They are not a promise that any system, including yours, will not be breached.

We may change or take down content at any time. We do not promise the Site is complete, current, error-free, or always available.

3. No client relationship from browsing

A client relationship starts only when we accept a Quote (or another signed writing) under the Master Services Agreement. Submitting a contact form is a request to talk. It is not an order.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by Voyager or its licensors. You may view it for your own internal evaluation of our services. You may not copy it for a competing site, scrape it in bulk, or use our name or logo without permission, except for ordinary linking to our public pages.

“Voyager Technology Solutions” and related marks are ours. Third-party names (Microsoft, Ubiquiti, Google, and others) are their owners’ marks. We do not claim them, and a mention is not an endorsement of us by that company.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Site to break the law, probe or attack our systems, or anyone else’s
• Upload malware, or overload the Site
• Harvest emails or phone numbers from the Site
• Impersonate someone else on a form
• Bypass access controls or scrape in a way that harms the Site

We may block access if we think these terms are being broken.

6. Forms and messages you send us

If you submit a form, email, or text, you grant us a limited right to use that content to respond, quote, and (if we later have an agreement) perform services. You represent that you have the right to send it and that it is accurate.

Do not send us someone else’s confidential information, protected health information, card numbers, or passwords through a public form. Use the channels we give clients for that, once you are a client.

7. Text messages and email

We will not send you marketing texts unless you separately opt in. Operational texts to clients are described in the Master Services Agreement. Operational texts to website visitors happen only if you check the SMS box on a form. Details, STOP/HELP, and rates are in the Privacy Policy.

Promotional or newsletter email requires a separate opt-in and includes unsubscribe. Replies, quotes, and other messages about an inquiry you sent us are not marketing. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party sites and tools

The Site may link to other websites or load third-party tools (including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Vercel’s native Web Analytics and Speed Insights, and Microsoft Clarity). We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement. How they handle information is in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYAGER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SITE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE.

This disclaimer is about the website. Warranties, if any, for paid services and goods are only those in the Master Services Agreement and the applicable Quote.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYAGER AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).

These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit. They do not change the liability terms of a signed client agreement, which control for that work.

11. Indemnity

If your misuse of the Site, or content you submit, causes a third-party claim against us, you will defend and indemnify Voyager (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) against that claim.

12. Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state courts in Oakland County, Michigan, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

13. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Site after posting is acceptance of the new terms. Material changes to how we handle personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.

14. General

If a court finds a part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement about use of the Site. They do not amend any Master Services Agreement or Quote. We may provide notices under these terms by posting on the Site or by email to an address you gave us.
